* Note regarding maintenance: If during a maintenance session it is found your landscape requires extended services, this will be brought to your attention.  Extended services are not covered by the maintenance program and are billable on a time and material basis.  Such extended services could possibly include: pruning, irrigation of beds and containers, and fertilization of perennials and annuals.
